DESCRIPTION:Come and be part of the Asian Australian Formation Group facilitated by Grace Lung. In this 6 week program\, there will be discussions on what it means to be Asian Australians\, and each of our 5-7 participants will be given a chance to process and share their identity narrative. \nIt will run from the 23rd of April to the 28th of May 2026. The cost of the 6 week program is $320. DESCRIPTION:We’re coming to Sydney again with another exciting line-up of speakers and electives to enhance your ministry to Asians!  \nWhere: Sydney Missionary and Bible College (Roberts-Dale Campus)\, Croydon Park. \nWhen: Thursday 29th May 7pm and Friday 30th May 9am \nTickets: Thursday $10 // Friday $40 \nClick here to buy your tickets! \nWhat is the Asian Ministry Conference for?\nThe purpose of the Asian Ministry Conference is: \n\nTo understand and engage the Asian ministry scene in Australia: We wish to develop a clearer picture of what God is doing in the Asian ministry space in Australia as well as identify the main issues\, challenges\, and opportunities for gospel growth in the Asian contexts in and from Australia. \nTo address and work towards the resolution of the main issues\, challenges\, and opportunities for gospel growth in the Asian church throughout Australia and Asia.\nTo foster collaboration between Asian ministry organizations. We recognize significant work is already being done under God but would love to see more collaboration and better coordination so that efforts can be streamlined for maximum effectiveness.\n\nWhat to expect\n\nThursday night session (7pm-9:30pm) – open to all\, including lay leaders\, who serve in the Asian space. We will be learning from Dr Daniel D. Lee (via video recording) and CAC director Ps Grace Lung about how to understand the different unrecognised influences that shape our theology as Asian Australians.\nFriday day conference (9am-4pm) – mainly for those in vocational ministry. We’ll be hearing from a diverse group of Asian practitioners including but not limited to Rev. Kian Holik\, Rev. Steve Oh\, Rev. Clive Buultjens\, Jeri Jones Sparks\, Rev. Cam Phong Huynh\, Rev. David Tse\, Ps. Grace Lung and Ps. Jason Cheng.
