Ray grew up in Newcastle, NSW, and graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce before spending more than 20 years working in business and corporate leadership positions. Ray completed his Masters of Divinity through Sydney Missionary and Bible College and is passionate and highly motivated to see God’s message of hope extended to all the nations. As the leader of the mobilisation team at Pioneers Australia, Ray helps prepare, mentor and mobilise people to share the good news to unreached people throughout the world. Married to Kathy, together they long to see more people raised up for God’s Global Kingdom purposes.
