Our process

1See for yourself

A website is all well and good, but if you’re going to spend time studying here you need to get a feel for us in real life. So check out the next open night, or just get in touch and we’ll set up a time for you to take a look around the campus and chat with our students about life at BST.

2Talk with faculty

Another reason we want you to come and visit is so you can sit and chat with a faculty member. We know you’ll have lots of questions about college life and where study could take you, and it’s a good time for us to explore together whether or not BST is the right place for you to learn and grow.

3Talk with friends

Often other people have valuable insights about where our strengths lie and how we should be using them. So talk to your friends, your family and your church pastor about why you think Bible college is a good next step and get their suggestions and advice.

4Download the forms

This part is simple: just download our application form, complete and email it, along with any supporting documents (e.g. previous academic transcripts).

5Pray about it

We’re sure you’ve been praying about this decision already, but just a reminder that it’s especially important at this stage. The college community you’re a part of is likely to be key in shaping how and where God uses you in the future, so take the time to really think and pray through all your options.

6Send your application

If after all your thinking and praying you feel BST could be the right place for you, then send us your application (either post or email is fine). After we receive your forms, we’ll be back in touch as soon as possible to let you know if your application is successful.

If you’re overseas and would like to arrange a Skype or telephone interview, just talk to our friendly secretary and she can arrange this appointment for you.

4Download the forms

There’s a few steps involved when applying as an international student. You will need to download the BST application form and the ACT admission form. Complete both forms and email to us along with supporting documents e.g. previous academic transcripts. Be familiar with the visa requirements for international students. For more information regarding study and living in Australia visit our detailed international students page. Unfortunately, BST does not offer scholarships, so you will be responsible for tuition fees and obtaining your own visa.
