2025 TAX APPEAL

DONATE

This year, we’re inviting you to join us as we work towards four important Building Fund projects that will benefit our students and community for years to come.

To make these happen, we are hoping friends like you can dig deep once again and help us meet our target of $64,500 by 30 June with your tax-deductible gift.

McConaghy House – Carpets & Paint

Upstairs, there are six bedrooms for our male students, as well as a well-worn hallway and lounge room all in desperate need of fresh paint and new carpet. Downstairs, we have five rooms for our female students and another very tired hallway that we want to brighten up with paint and carpeting.

McConaghy House – Bedroom Blinds

It feels like a small upgrade, but proper blinds on the windows have a big impact on our students’ comfort and study environments. We want to provide blinds in every room in McConaghy House to ensure privacy, reduce heat, and make these bedrooms feel ‘homey’.

Unit 12 Renovation – Kitchen & Bathroom

This single unit at the back of the property houses students or visiting lecturers. The current kitchen is well past its prime. A modern renovation will make it not just functional but suitable for international visitors. If funds allow, we’ll also renovate the bathroom, as we have other similar units on the property.

Library – Carpet & Minor Renovations

Our library is at the heart of our college’s academic life. We’re planning to carpet the main section, and the attached offices, and complete a few additional refurbishments to make it a more pleasant and productive study environment.
