It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our principal, the Reverend Doctor Richard Gibson, has gone home to be with our Lord Jesus.
We ask that you support Richard’s family and each other in prayer at this time.
On Tuesday, 7th of October, the BST community came together to grieve and to comfort one another in a special chapel service, with prayer, reflection, and scripture.
Please join with us in praying for our community as we grieve and process this news and give thanks for Richard’s life and ministry. Please pray for the Board as they seek God’s wisdom and strength as they navigate the way forward. Also keep Richard’s daughters, son, and family in your prayers as they journey through the outcomes of this tragic event.
A memorial service will be held for Richard, and all are welcome to attend. The details are below:

As we gather to honour Richard’s life and faith, we also remember the hope he so faithfully proclaimed; the sure and certain promise of resurrection through Jesus Christ our Lord.
